Principal's Bio

Ramonica Dorsey

I am a native of Jackson, Tennessee. I graduated from Jackson Central Merry High School in 1992. I received my B.S degree in Elementary Education from Southern University and A&M College, which is located in Baton Rouge, LA. I earned my Masters degree in Educational Administration from the University of New Orleans and my Educational Specialist (Ed.S) from Freed-Hardeman University. My career in education began in the New Orleans Public School District from 1998-2005. I then moved to the Jackson- Madison County School System from 2006- present. During my years of experience, I served as a 1st grade, 2nd grade, and 4th grade teacher, Consulting Teacher, and an Assistant Principal. For the past seven years, I have served as Principal.
